The Big Loser My H.E.A.L.T.H. Challenge is a big win for everyone.

It starts soon….August 7th – September 11th

  1. Pick a team of 4 (if you don’t come with a team, we’ll assign you to some really nice people).
  2. Gather together every Thursday for 6 Weeks
  3. Workout as a group with your team and all of the contestants led by Fitness Trainers Wendy  Hood and Dennis Hood
  4. Get Educational Nutritional information every week and follow the menu and recipes
  5. Lose Weight and weigh in weekly, (PRIVATELY)
  6. Beginning Assessments including Weight, measurements, body fat percentage and hydration.
