Many Parents have asked for this workshop so we figured that Spring Break would be a perfect time.
Today it’s important to feel confident in your actions and aware of your surroundings. You can never be too safe or have too much training. Taking a Self Defense Workshop only enhances your abilities to defend yourself in the case of an unexpected situation that may lead to harm.
This seminar is for you if want to learn how to defend yourself against someone trying to attack you. It could be a kick, a grab, a knife, hair grabs, choke holds or many other ways.
We will teach defensive moves, as well as, pressure points in the body.
This is a valuable class for kids going off to college, high school or for adults. We have taught them all and will continue to teach the importance of self defense.
This is a 3 Day Workshop with each session being an hour and ½.
All you have to do is print out the attached registration sheet and reserve your spot by making the Workshop Cost payment of $50.00 for all three sessions.
