MY H.E.A.L.T.H. Kick™ Fitness Kickboxing provides clients with a high-energy class that will insure they achieve their fitness goals.

Kickboxing classes are 50-60 minute interval training sessions.  Each class differs and you will always focus on strengthening a different set of muscles, either abdominal, arms, or legs at each training session.  All of our kickboxing classes include cardio-vascular training, stretching, and resistance training ending with a focus on deep breathing and stretching.

We also utilize plyometric exercises, basic calisthenics, and we will be sure to throw several rounds of combinations on our hitting bags. These classes are designed to improve every aspect of fitness and athletic ability no matter what your experience level.  Beginners to advanced trainers are welcomed.  We will cater to your fitness level.

This is certainly a fun way to get fit, and stay fit.
