Boot Camp

MyHEALTHKick BootcampMY H.E.A.L.T.H. Kick™ offers a 5-day or 3-day per week BOOTCAMP. This is the area’s only indoor kickboxing boot camp. BOOTCAMP begins sharply at 5:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 a.m.

The workout regimen is comprised of calisthenics, resistant training, speed & agility, plyometrics, and My H.E.A.L.T.H. Kick fitness Kickboxing.

Every student can expect to have fun. You will be pushed, but not past your limitations. This will insure results that will benefit all Boot campers.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • A completed exercise and diet journal. You will keep track of everything you eat. Your honesty only helps you.
  • Completed homework assignments for Monday and Wednesday workouts, as well as, a record of all workouts done that week.
  • Everyone show up on time at 4:50am and be ready to start at 5:00 am.
  • An understanding that you are an individual, and should not compare yourself to anyone else in the class. Everyone will be on different levels. You are here for you.
  • Enough sleep.
  • A partnership.
